1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

5. Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may request a return in accordance with this policy after receiving your order.

9. Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, any shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
